The pizza tasted fine overall, but the crust was kind of dry (which was a little disappointing). Not bad, just not as good as I was hoping for tonight.

I ordered pickup through pizzahut.ca and it said my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes, so I figured it would be a quick stop. When I got there, I still had to wait another 15 minutes, and the staff seemed a bit confused about where my order was. Turns out my pizza was just sitting off to the side and wasn’t really hot anymore. It tasted okay, but it was kind of dry. For the price and the fact that I ordered ahead, I expected better. Not terrible, but not great value either

I was trying to change the toppings the way I wanted, but it wouldn’t really let me customize much, which got annoying. Not sure if anyone else has run into the same thing, but it made the ordering experience less smooth for me

I've ordered from pizzahut.ca a few times now it's been decent. The deals make it way cheaper than just grabbing one pizza, and we usually have enough left over for the next day too. I’ve noticed a couple times that the menu shows stuff as available, but when I get to ordering, the store doesn’t actually have it. Not the end of the world, but it’s a little annoying, especially when I’ve already decided what I want while sitting in my car with my coffee getting cold.

Pizza Hut.ca usually deliver to my place even though I’m a little outside the main town area, so that’s been convenient for me.

A few other pizza places says I’m too far out, but their site still let me order without a big hassle. Sometimes the delivery take a bit longer, but I kind of expect that where I live.

I’m giving 4 stars because the coverage is good, I just wish the tracking was clearer when the driver is on the way.
